EASY CORN SIDE DISH. Dinner will forever be better!

This is such an easy side dish! What I love about it is that it is good in so many ways. Have it on the side of some salmon and rice or let it cool and add it to a salad. It’s one of those “you can’t go wrong” kind of dishes. The first time I made it, I knew it would become a go-to easy dish in my household. Let me know if it becomes one in yours!

TO MAKE YOUR CORN
  1. Over medium-high heat, melt your butter in your saucepan.
  2. Add your sliced shallot rings and move them consistently using your wooden spoon until they have softened and begin to yellow.
  3. Lower your heat to medium.
  4. Season your shallot butter with salt and pepper. Don’t worry too much about the amount here, you’re going to add more to taste at the end.
  5. Add in your dill. Mix.
  6. Add in your corn. Fold your buttery shallot and dill mixture over your corn so that you have a fully integrated mixture.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. Continue to cook until your corn is hot.
  9. Eat and enjoy!
