TO MAKE YOUR PIZZA BAGELS
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°.
  2. Place the chicken nuggets on a microwave-safe plate and microwave them for about 45 seconds, or until they’re just soft enough to cut. Chop the nuggets into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  3. Lay the halved mini bagels cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Spread a spoonful of marinara sauce over each bagel half.
  4. Sprinkle a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella over the marinara, ensuring you cover the bagels evenly.
  5. Distribute the chopped chicken nuggets over the cheese. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, pepper, and dried oregano over each bagel half for extra flavor.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is golden, and the bagels are lightly toasted. OPTIONAL. Broil for 1-2 minutes to make your cheese more golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the mini pizza bagels cool for a minute or two before serving.
