TO TOAST YOUR BAGUETTE SLICES
  1. Preheat your oven to 375º
  2. Brush both sides of your baguette slices with olive oil. Season them with salt and pepper, and then lay them in a single layer on your baking sheet.
  3. Bake until lightly golden—about 8-10 minutes making sure to flip halfway through.
  4. Let cool to room temperature. Do not skip this step or your ricotta will melt when it is piped on.
TO ADD YOUR RICOTTA
  1. Fill your piping bag equipped with its tip with your whipped ricotta. Pipe it in a ribbon pattern over the top of your crostini.
  2. Using a honey wand, liberally drizzle truffle honey back and forth over your ricotta. I like to hold the wand about 4 inches over the ricotta and drizzle it past the edge of the whole crostini to avoid seeing the honey trail fall in a curve ontop of the ricotta.
  3. Sprinkle your crumbled walnuts over your honey ricotta.
  4. Serve. Eat. Enjoy!
