Instructions

TO MAKE THE BUTTER FILLING
  1. In mason jar, melt the butter in 30-second intervals, making sure to mix each time you check it, until it's half-melted and half-softened butter.
  2. Add salt, pepper, minced garlic, and parsley. Mix.
TO ASSEMBLE YOUR PULL-APART LOAF
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°.
  2. Grease your loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. One at a time, lay a cooked half of a lasagna noodle flat on a clean surface.
  4. Brush that noodle generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella over it.
  6. Roll the noodle into a tight spiral and place it vertically into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Repeat the process with the remaining noodles, arranging them snugly next to each other in the loaf pan.
  8. Sprinkle additional mozzarella and all of your parmesan over the top of your vertical noodles.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes.
  10. If the tops of your noodles aren't golden enough, broil in 1-minute intervals until it is.
TO SERVE
  1. Let the loaf cool in the pan for about 5 minutes.
  2. Run a metal spatula around the edges to loosen, then carefully remove the loaf from the pan.
  3. Place on a serving platter and garnish with additional chopped parsley.
  4. Serve warm.
