They’re a little different from what we as New Yorkers traditionally see in a quick by-the-slice pizza shop, I mean, there are—count it—zero large triangular slices. Fear not, you will be getting an entire oblong personal pie all to yourself! Here's the schtick, &pizza is structured much like a salad bar where you line up and ask the human behind the counter to one-by-one add all of the fixings you heart desires and where the rule is: no judgement, anything goes! That's right, you line up, pick your dough, pick your cheese, all of the toppings you crave, watch your pizza go through a salamander styled oven and pick it up on the other side—PRESTO! There’s your lunch! Oh yeah, definitely note that they have gluten free, dairy free and vegan options so all of your picky friends can come and enjoy!
