TO MAkE YOUR PESTO
  1. In your food processor, combine your basil, walnuts, and garlic. Process until you have a very fine even mixture.
  2. Add olive oil. Turn on your food processor again to fully integrate your oil.
  3. Add your grated parmesan cheese. Process until mixed.
  4. Taste. Add a little bit of salt and pepper at a time tasting along the way—it's very easy to over season, so be careful!
  5. Eat and enjoy!
