TO MAKE YOUR CORNFLAKE CRUSTED SALMON
  1. Preheat your oven to 350º F.
  2. In your food processor, blend your cornflakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until you have an even crumble—about 1 minute. Set aside.
  3. On your cutting board, liberally coat your salmon in mayonnaise. This will act like glue for your cornflake mixture to stick to.
  4. Heavily coat your mayonnaise-covered salmon in your cornflake mixture. Gently pat it in.
  5. Lightly drizzle olive oil over your crusted chicken for a better crunch.
  6. Bake until your chicken has an internal temperature of 145º F—15-20 minutes.
