Whether it’s your salad, nut mix, addition to a cheeseboard, or if you just want a bowl of nuts for guests to snack on, these candied pecans are sure to take your dish to the next level! They are sweet, have a great crunchy mouth feel without being hard, and have just the right amount of vanilla in them to make them special. They are a hands-down must!

TO MAKE YOUR CANDIED PECANS
  1. Preheat your oven to 250ΒΊ.
  2. In your small mixing bowl, mix your light brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, and salt until evenly combined. Set aside.
  3. In your large mixing bowl, whisk together your egg white and water until frothy.
  4. Add pecans to your egg whites. Toss until they are fully coated. Pour your Vanilla over them.
  5. Add your sugar mixture to your pecans. Mix until they are fully and evenly coated.
  6. Spread them into an even layer on your baking sheet. Make sure none are overlapping.
  7. Sprinkle Turbino sugar evenly over all of your pecans.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes. Use your spatula to move them around and then spread them back into an even layer.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Let cool.
  11. Eat and enjoy!
