I love playing in the kitchen. Making new dishes, exploring great flavors, trying something a little different. Well, this recipe is actually a play on a recipe I created a few years ago. Fall is here and I’ve been finding myself thinking about my Apple Turkey Balls recipe wanting to make it but with ingredients I already have in my fridge so they don’t go to waste. So this is what I came up with. That char. Those flavors. The textures. It’s all there and you are going to love it!
