NEXT LEVEL ICED COFFEE … that will have you brewing at home.

“Sorry café, I’m hosting at my house today.” I literally had this thought the other day as I passed my favorite café. Let me backtrack. The other day, I walked into the kitchen to see my husband shaking up an iced espresso in a cocktail shaker. He was messing around and decided he wanted to use a different sweetener in his coffee. Living all of his life by the words “maple syrup makes everything better” (sometimes—though less often than I’d imagine—I’d beg to differ) has really paid off. After tasting his coffee, I’ve made it countless times for myself and a few friends. The response is always, “Holy shit”. Yeah, there’s something about it that’s just really exciting. Thank you, honey!
