THE NEW MIMOSA…a way better one.

Yes, I love champagne. And, sure, I’ve drank several mimosas in my day. BUT, and forgive my bluntness here, they are garbage. It’s a basic drink that ruins good orange juice and more often than not uses cheap champagne—why? It is bad all around. Then whenever it comes in a pitcher, I swear, I just stick to water CAUSE ALL OF THE BUBBLES GET LOST. Oy. Safe to say, there’s a better way—and, this is it! It’s a hybrid of a French 75 and a Mimosa and it is a hands down game changer for the brunch cocktail game. It’s easy to drink. It’s extremely well balanced. And, you’ll want to drink more because it’s delicious (not just to get a brunch buzz—though you’ll get that too).
