AVOCADO TOAST. Avocado toast made with a hard avocado—SAY WHAT?!

If you’ve ever found yourself ready to make avocado toast, you grab your avocado and it’s super hard—UGH, it’s so disappointing. Here’s where I start to sound like an info commercial: you don’t have to feel that way anymore (insert flashy graphics). This recipe actually calls for a hard avocado. The only annoying part is getting the skin off.

TIP: Use a knife and just cut the skin off. It works really well. AND, the avocado itself doesn’t have to be in photo-ready condition because you are going to grate it anyway! WIN!
