I wouldn’t classify this as kid food but my son seriously can’t stop eating these fritters. They are such an easy add on for breakfast—I love it! The fact that they are crazy easy to make is just an added bonus.

TO MAKE YOUR OATMEAL BANANA FRITTER BATTER
  1. Preheat your oven to 350º.
  2. In your mixing bowl, use the back of your fork to mash down your bananas into a purée.
  3. Add your oats, cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt. Mix it all together.
  4. Fold in your golden raisins.
TO BAKE YOUR FRITTERS
  1. Line your baking sheet with a Silpat.
  2. Scoop your fritter batter into 6 even heaps on your lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Flip them.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Eat and enjoy!
