EASY HONEY CHICKEN NUGGETS

NO-FUSS CHICKEN BITES with this dredging life-hack

I honestly had no idea I could cheat the dredging station system but I had this thought and ran with it—IT WORKED! What I did was coat my chicken in egg (not doing my regular dip one at a time routine) and then strained the chicken. If you’re looking for a quick meal for a kid or yourself, this is a fun and way yummy dish with such an awesome time-saving hack. OBSESSED!

Instructions

TO MAKE YOUR CHICKEN NUGGETS
  1. Preheat your oven to 350º.
  2. Put your chicken cubes in your mixing bowl and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Add your beaten egg. Toss your chicken until it’s fully and evenly coated in the egg.
  4. Pour your chicken and egg mixture into your strainer to get rid of any excess egg. No need to be super precious here.
  5. Put the chicken back in your mixing bowl.
  6. Add breadcrumbs and cinnamon. Toss until fully coated. If you need extra breadcrumbs, add little by little.
  7. Transfer your chicken nuggets to your silpat lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake until your chicken is 165º—15 minutes.
  9. Transfer your chicken nuggets to a bowl or plate and drizzle honey over them. You can also put them in a clean mixing bowl, drizzle the honey on them, and gently toss them so that they are more evenly coated—I went the first route.
  10. Serve hot for adults or warm for toddlers.
